Kim and I have been catering some wedding showers this season, and fruit kabobs seem to be on the menu for most of them. Here is a fun idea for the 4th if you want to put a healthy spin on the buffet table.
Our family tradition is to have homemade ice cream. We will certainly have that for dessert, but why not have this as an option? I apologize for the picture — I took it on my phone and it didn’t turn out nearly as cute as this was.

Love this! I made some this week and added star shaped angel food cake cut outs too….YUM!
