Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) corn
  • ¾ cup green onions, sliced, green tops included (about 5-6)
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (1/2 teaspoon)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Place the black beans, corn, green onion and red bell pepper in a medium size bowl.
  2. Stir and add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, Frank’s Hot Sauce and Cilantro.
  3. Gently mix.
