Cheesy Garlic Biscuits
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together the Bisquick, milk and cheddar cheese until a soft dough forms, about 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, or lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes until beginning to brown.
  4. While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a small bowl and add the garlic power and kosher salt.
  5. After removing the biscuits from the oven, use a pastry brush to coat the warm biscuits with the garlic butter mixture.
Cook's Notes:
  1. Sometime I use my ice cream scoop to make the biscuits bigger (pictured) if we are having them with a big pot of soup.
  2. You might need to cook them a couple more minutes.
