Margarita Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup tequila
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (2 teaspoons)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from the can of chipotle chilis
  • 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and flattened to uniform thickness
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the chicken breasts in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk well until combines.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a plastic ziplock bag and pour marinade over the chicken.
  4. Place in fridge and let marinate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Grill until cooked through.
