Party Ham Sandwiches
  • 1 package (12 count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¾ pound sliced deli ham
  • 6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup (8 tablespoons) butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Cut rolls in half, lengthwise and place the bottoms in a 9 x 13" baking dish.
  2. Top the bottom of the rolls with the sliced ham and Swiss cheese.
  3. Place the tops back on.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, brown sugar, onion powder and garlic powder.
  5. Spoon over the sandwiches, making sure to coat each one.
  6. Cover your pan and let the sandwiches marinate for several hours or overnight.
  7. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes uncovered, until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are golden brown.
