Cherry Chipotle BBQ Meatballs
For the BBQ Sauce
  • 3 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 jar (18 ounces) Cherry Preserves
  • 3 Chipotle peppers diced
  • 1 tablespoon liquid from the can of Chipotle peppers (or 1½ teaspoons powder)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Add the meatballs and heat through.
